- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪The doctor is awesome. Friendly, caring, but his front desk is terrible. When I call their office I am always 7th on the line. And it's been going on for a month. They gave me patient portal registration without letting me know that I should have provided them with my social security number. That is why I couldn't register. Because I am always 7th on the line, I had to drive to the office to pick up my labs, where I heard that they cannot give them to me because the doctor hadn't reviewed them yet ( a week). I think I am tired of fighting my illness and the front desk. On the top, the check out lady never smiles and pointed out to me that I would not have had any problems calling them, if I registered on the portal the first time.
