  From the moment I stepped into the office it was clean a meticulous and we were greeted by a medical assistant that had a great smile and demeanor. There was a lot to fill out so what I recommend is that they start using a tablet because a lot of the information was redundant. I was then greeted by Kathy Malave the office manager who made my aunt feel very calm for her visit as my aunt hates to go to doctors offices because she has to use a walker. Kathy gave us an idea of the procedure and told us she would see us again before we left. Soon after we were met bye nurse Miller whom went over our medications and clarified anything that we had written in our paperwork that we were given and then was very thorough by showing us different procedures that we hadn't gone through previously like breathing in the respiratory machine and other new advancements. Like I said this office is very thorough!! We then met the physician's assistant for Dr. Landman and she asked us what are our main complaints.Then called Dr. Landman whom was a very exuberant doctor that seemed happy with the type of profession he had chosen. We will definitely be back as we have some test to take and we have some information that needs to be clarified before Dr. Landman moves forward as I feel that he is a very cautious Doctor. My aunt had a very good visit thank you.
